2020 Blockchain Symposium: The Emerging Technology is Maturing as Real-World Applications Expand
Blockchain technology is at an inflection point. Over the last year there has been a tremendous amount of activity and investment as the technology is integrated more into core operations across industries, including healthcare, finance, and agriculture. To guide the accounting profession as this technology rapidly matures, the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and CPA.com, hosted in partnership with the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, the third annual Blockchain Symposium. This year’s virtual event brought together nearly 90 blockchain luminaries to discuss how to think about, prepare and respond to advancements in blockchain technology.
