As the Senior Manager of Service Delivery at CPA.com, Kristi oversees the pre and post-sale customer journey for the assurance solution category. This includes the development and delivery of consulting and professional services, best practices for change management & migration, and management of large cloud solution implementations. Kristi has over 10 years of experience in the tax & accounting technology industry and has consulted with large accounting firms on workflow, document management, and assurance solutions.

Kristi holds a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from Walsh College of Accountancy & Business.
