Jenni Huotari

Jenni specializes in helping small and mid-sized businesses grow and succeed. In her current role, she serves as the Partner-in-Charge of Eide Bailly’s Business Outsourcing & Strategy group (the firm’s outsourced accounting & advisory practice). A team dedicated to helping small to mid-sized organizations reach their fullest potential. As a financial statement auditor in a prior life (or immediately prior to current role), Jenni has also worked with hundreds of companies to help them achieve financial strength and make the next step for their organization. She strongly believes that every company and organization should have high-quality, accurate financial information readily available to them, as well as the resources and tools to understand why this information is necessary and relevant for making sound business decisions. Jenni also served as the committee chairperson of Eide Bailly’s First Focus program; an initiative started to foster a culture where women are as likely to succeed as men. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Jenni parked in the stands of an activity of one of her 3 kids, or chasing around her mini golden doodle, trying to figure out what he’s eating now. Jenni is also an active volunteer, serving as the Treasurer and Finance Committee chair for the boards of the Jeremiah Program of Fargo/Moorhead and Moorhead Youth Baseball. Jenni is a proud alumnus of Minnesota State University Moorhead.
