Brian Davis

Brian is the CEO of One Stop CPA, a technology-forward virtual firm providing tax advisory and client accounting services to business owners and private-practice medical professionals. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 2010, Brian began his career in tax as a staff accountant, working under experienced CPAs before founding his own practice in 2017.

Brian has built his firm around cloud-based systems, automation, and emerging technologies - including AI - to improve efficiency and convenience for both clients and the firm. By redesigning workflows and service offerings around advisory, his firm helps clients navigate complex tax decisions, real estate investments, and business growth opportunities with greater clarity and confidence.

He is also the founder of the Growth Lab for Accountants, a collaborative community where small firm owners share systems, strategies, and real-world breakthroughs in AI, pricing, and advisory-led firm design—so they can modernize their practices without going it alone.

Brian has recently spoken at AICPA ENGAGE and Digital CPA, contributing to industry conversations around AI, technology adoption, firm design, and sustainable growth. He also serves on the board of a nonprofit affordable housing organization that provides housing for more than 50 families. Brian resides in Palm Beach, Florida with his wife and son and enjoys gardening in his free time.
