CPA.com, the business and technology subsidiary of the AICPA, is seeking an experienced Lead Growth Marketing Manager who is looking to apply their skillset, own key marketing initiatives, and grow with a dynamic and fast-growing organization. This person would lead the demand generation strategy for CPA.com’s portfolio of technology solutions and professional services, providing consultation and strategic improvements to Partner Marketing Management efforts with the aim of creating efficiencies as well as standardizing strategies, KPIs and benchmarks to increase customer awareness, engagement, conversion, loyalty, and advocacy. The ideal candidate should be innovative, data-driven, eager to test new approaches and have experience communicating with senior leadership and executives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Leads the demand generation strategy for CPA.com’s portfolio of technology products and services, providing consultation and strategic improvements to Marketing Managers to support their respective partner programs and developing a playbook to create efficiencies as well as standardize strategies, processes, KPIs, and benchmarks
- Owns digital marketing strategy and execution for CPA.com solutions and key partnerships
- Supports lead forecasting, partnering with Partner Marketing and RevOps to inform lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline impact, using performance data to inform campaign planning, and growth targets.
- Manages CPA.com’s marketing tech stack (Monday.com, Pardot and On24), email performance and metrics dashboard, identifying ways to create efficiencies with campaigns, lists, segmentation and data as well as improve performance.
- Oversees the paid media strategy and execution for CPA.com and partner solutions, including AdRoll retargeting, Google search (PPM, PPC, display), and paid campaigns
- Develops and templatizes multi-channel marketing programs such as awareness, nurture and ad campaigns using content, automation, ideal customer profile (ICP) and list strategies.
- Reaches, connects, engages, and converts customers by delivering unique, relevant content, via a mix of multiple online and offline marketing channels such as SEM, email, social, webinars (On24), and events.
- Manages vetting, upskilling and adoption of new tools to the marketing tech stack, disseminating findings to the broader marketing team
- Develops strategies for best practices to support an optimal UX/UT/customer journey and conversion rate optimization across key channels including our On24 platform and CPA.com website, providing consultation to Marketing Managers to achieve optimization and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant major
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, accounting profession or technology.
- Proven experience developing and implementing integrated marketing plans and campaigns that have met or exceeded revenue and marketing funnel goals.
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines, navigate competing priorities, and effectively delegate to respond to emergent challenges or opportunities.
- Ability to own key initiatives, working independently and with limited oversight to accomplish agreed upon objectives and to evaluate results.
- Expertise in lead activities including forecasting, tracking and pipeline metrics
- Expertise and proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot or equivalent), CRM solutions (Salesforce), email marketing, social media, retargeting and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Expertise in the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Google Gemini and other equivalent generative AI platforms. Experience with creating AI agents a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver on firm-wide initiatives
- Strong project management skills with an attention to detail.

- Trained in marketing automation systems (Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot or equivalent).
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
- Knowledge of public accounting services and the typical CPA/client relationship.
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate responsibilities as needed.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise and proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM solutions, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and executives.
