.CPA Domain Raffle Official Rules

The following Raffle Official Rules ("Official Rules") apply to your participation in the .cpa domain free domain raffle ("Raffle) a $225 value. Please read these Official Rules before entering the Raffle. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Raffle eligibility requirements.

To Enter: To enter the Raffle, you must be an individually licensed CPA or CPA firm. You must complete a .cpa domain purchase by August 6, 2021. You must be on-site or online as an attendee of the AICPA Engage conference. We will need your first & last name and a valid business email address. By entering the Raffle, you agree that CPA.com may send future communications to the email address provided. The Raffle will begin on July 26, 2021. All valid entries must be submitted or received by August 6, 2021 11:59pm PT (“Entry Deadline”) to be eligible. The winners will be notified at the email address provided in the Raffle entry. CPA.com reserves the right to cancel the Raffle at any time. The Raffle is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. CPA.com reserve the right to ask for additional information at any time for purposes of determining entry eligibility or fraud prevention.

Eligibility: In addition to meeting the .cpa eligibility requirements the contest is open to all persons 18 years or older as of July 26, 2021 and legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Marianna Islands and American Samoa are eligible to participate. Employees of AICPA, CPA.com, Bill.com, Paychex, Sage Intacct, Vertex, Expensify, LukkaTax, CaseWare and their subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate families, are ineligible.

Drawing: On or about August 6, 2021 a random drawing will be conducted by CPA.com from among all eligible entries received.

Odds: Estimated odds are based on the actual number of entries posted until the last day entries are accepted. For example, if there are 500 valid entries, the odds of winning are 1:500. Actual odds of winning the prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize: One (1) of three (3) .cpa domain for a year. The .cpa domain costs will be refunded at time of purchase/application. No substitution or transfer of domains permitted, except at the sole discretion of CPA.com. You agree that CPA.com’s decisions related to the Raffle and all distribution of domains are final. Any domain not claimed under the terms of these Official Rules may be deemed, in CPA.com's sole discretion, to be forfeited.

Prize Notification: The winners will be notified via the email address provided. Each .cpa domain winner will be responsible for providing a valid email address. Failure to provide a valid email address could disqualify you from winning a domain. A domain winner may be required by CPA.com to submit written acceptance of the prize, a waiver of liability, or proof of eligibility. CPA.com reserves the right to select an alternative potential winner, if any selected prize winner does not comply with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

Applicable Law: The drawing and the awarding of the prize are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Winner List: For the winner's name and city of residence, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Attn: Marketing Alliance Team, CPA.com, 1345 Avenue of the Americas, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10105. Requests must be received no later than 2 weeks after Aug. 6, 2021.
