18. Elements to Offboarding

For most firms when you began your CAS practice you onboarded any client that expressed interest, which, at times, resulted in regret and frustration in your team. Now you need to free yourself of these profit draining and moral crushing clients; as well as, establishing standardized processes to offboard clients in the future.
