Not only is CPA.com Data Backup Solutions extremely affordable, the more storage space you use, the less expensive it gets. So you can afford to back up all of your data, not just some of it.

5-100 gigabytes	45¢ per gigabyte	All data is compressed before being backed up. This ensures that you get the most out of your money and helps to reduce bandwidth use.
101-1000 gigabytes	35¢ per gigabyte
Over 1000 gigabytes	25¢ per gigabyte

*50GB of compressed data typically equates to 150GB of uncompressed data

Storage capacity

We recommend 50GB for most small offices. Remember that your storage capacity can be allocated to as many computers as you like. Storage capacity is calculated on compressed data, so even if you have over 100GB of uncompressed data, 50GB will probably be sufficient.

Computers to backup

We recommend that you backup every Windows based computer in your home and office. The number of computers you choose to backup does not directly affect pricing and you can request additional licenses at any time.

After your new user’s FREE Tech Review, we also offer on-going Quarterly Advanced Technical Review. This ongoing support is only $10 per computer per review (a quarterly review for one computer = $40/year).

Periodically, your backup needs may change. This review is recommended quarterly to ensure that all of your critical data is backed up. This review goes beyond the automated backup reporting and involves a backup specialist personally reviewing your backup reports for changes that could affect your backups. If changes need to be made the backup specialist will work with you to implement them.

Changes that can affect your backups include:

• New applications on a backed up computer
• New employee data on a backed up computer
• Relocation of data on a backed up computer
