CPA.com (formerly known as CPA2Biz) was founded in 2001 by the AICPA under the oversight of its governing council. The company changed its name to CPA.com in May 2014.

Erik Asgeirsson is a technology industry veteran with expertise in cloud computing, e-commerce and business expansion. He has led CPA.com, the technology subsidiary of the American Institute of CPAs, since 2002.
During Erik’s tenure, CPA.com has posted strong financial results and added several new lines of business, including a package of leading, cloud-based software solutions that help transform client services for accounting firms. As Vice President of Sales at CPA.com, Dave Pollak is responsible for leading a team of professionals selling CPA.com's web-based solutions to CPA firms.
Prior to joining CPA.com, Dave was president of CPA Sales Solutions in Dexter, MI, where he consulted directly with organizations selling technology solutions to accounting firms. Previously, Dave was vice president of sales for Creative Solutions, Inc. (a ThomsonReuters company) where he worked for 17 years leading a team of 125 sales professionals.
Dave is a graduate of Central Michigan University.
Michael developed a passion for computers and software in high school, and remains fascinated by how technology can improve quality of life both at home and in the workplace. Based in Silicon Valley, he's spent his career working for leading-edge technology firms.
As Vice President of Technology, Michael leads product design, software development, quality assurance, network operations and corporate IT. Current CPA.com technology products include cloud computing solutions, mobile apps, and database infrastructure. The CPA.com technology team is committed to delivering best of class solutions for CPAs and financial professionals that meet the rapidly growing needs of both individuals and firms.

Michael Cerami joined CPA.com in January 2001 as Vice President, Corporate Alliances. During this time he has been a key contributor to the company's growth through the development and execution of a market-leading alliances strategy. Susan is a proven marketing leader with expertise in strategic planning, product marketing, advertising and communications management. She is responsible for CPA.com's marketing organization, including brand strategy, product marketing, marketing operations, market research and business intelligence.
In her previous post as the AICPA's director of member value, Susan directed general membership and section and credential marketing, leading a team that set new membership records each year. As part of that effort, the group expanded the welcome program for new members, which led to an 11 point increase in new member retention in the first year. In addition, Susan directed marketing for membership launch efforts for the Chartered Global Management Accounting (CGMA) designation.

As Chief Financial Officer at CPA.com, Michael Murray manages the financial, legal and human resources functions of the company.
Previously, Michael served in various senior finance positions at Caminus Corporation, Loral Space Communications, Ltd. and Health Management Systems, Inc. where his primary responsibility was managing the filings of numerous registration statements, including registrations of initial public offerings of both debt and equity instruments with the Securities and Exchange Commission. He started his career at KPMG where he held positions in the firm's Middle Market practice.
Michael holds a CPA license in New York State and a B.S. in Public Accounting from Pace University.
Greg is one of the most recognized and respected voices on technology within the accounting profession. He has a broad background in the field, having spent time in private practice, as an executive with a top-tier technology vendor and as an editor of a leading publication keyed to accounting technology. He is also a sought-after speaker at trade shows and conferences.
Prior to joining CPA.com, Greg was a consultant to public accounting firms and to technology vendors with a focus on the accounting profession.
