8.   Is this only for larger firms?

9.   Can you access XCM from a clients' office or from home?

Absolutely, as long as you have a connection to the internet, you can access XCM. This is the best benefit of all. 10.   Does everyone in the firm have access to XCM?

Who has access to the system is controlled by your firm. However, it is highly recommended that you provide everyone with access to XCM.
