*Note to Paychex Sales Representatives, who want to enroll a CPA in this Program: If you are a Paychex Sales Representative, please do not use the form below! To enroll a CPA, please direct your District Sales Assistant (DSA) to the following secure online form, which is only accessible by Paychex employees. DSAs manage the AICPA enrollment process.

**Note to CPAs enrolling in this Program: Your enrollment in this Program will not affect any existing relationships with Paychex Sales Representatives. If you currently work with a Paychex Sales Representative, you will be able to continue to work with your representative.
